Basically, the state was incompetent, causing at least 3 near mistrials.

Their witnesses have been shyt and their case is falling apart. Crimes were committed but nothing that they can prove that warrants a RICO.

So basically to save face and not prolong any further embarrassment and waste more time/money, they are offering plea deals. State has been losing this case by the week. Instead of a mistrial (where they might try to drag everybody back to do this shyt again) some are accepting the deals

The judge shyts on the Prosecution almost daily. Not because she wants them dudes free, but because the state is incompetent.

Their witnesses are all unprofessional (one cop kept doing illegal shyt on the stands) then they have witnesses making stupid comments into the microphone when questioning is over (can’t do that in front of a jury), etc.

For example: They tried to use Thugs lyrics against him about shooting up a Tahoe.

Prosecution was like “See.. we tied this shooting to his lyrics”…

Except Thug released that song before 2014 and the shooting happened after 2015


Basically, the state is trying to say Thug ran a criminal enterprise when its looking more like some dumbass nikkas joining a record label acting like it’s a gang because of Thugs success
