My guess is the state will run it back if there was a mistrial or an acquittal

he's not walking. the plea would be like 25 years with 10 served. Thug won't take that at this point.

Feds would have rolled him up like Durk if Fani's office handed it to them way back when. I think Willis badly overreached in both her career defining cases.

Right her and her duties looked like idiots in both of those cases.

She deserves to lose her job for this but given her opponent it will not happen this time and it might never happen.

I knew I wanted to address this. There is nobody for Thug to snitch on… prosecution made it clear thats who they wanted. They brought all these dudes in there to try to testify against him really. So far they couldn’t really prove he was doing anything.

I personally think Thug was involved with shyt in the beginning but they can’t even prove that outside of speculation.

Case is folding thats why they are accepting pleas now. Thug doesn’t have to take one. Case is up and down but State has been close to getting it thrown out multiple times

I listened to a lot of this trial and they ain't got shyt on thug. Other prosecutors and defense attorneys have come out in protest of this case because its been so egregious.

It really is a waste of time and taxpayer money.

Everyday these prosecutors be fumbling and bumbling with basic shyt. Not preparing witnesses right, not turning in evidence properly, blasting emails about the case to everybody/everything, dragging people who don’t want to be there to testify about old shyt they’ve already been convicted for to tie Thug into it, arguing with the judge after a ruling, etc.

A lot of their shyt is just basic court etiquette and they are incompetent there too. It is not a good look
