I had to hang around gangbanger baby mamas when I first moved here.

I'm at 6 figures and it still ain't enough to buy impressive real estate in the county.

Bruh got a long way to go

Aren't they gentrifying South Central/Inglewood as we speak. Can't you get a decent house out there for under 300k?

You might want to get in the catering business STAT when you get here.
It's award season and there's gonna be a lot of functions going on.
Also, damn near every server in those gigs are actors/entertainers so you can network like crazy.

Save up or get a loan so you can get a decent 4 door car. Eat off Uber/Lyft.
Get on Craigslist. There are PA jobs out there all the time that pay cash at the end of the day.

If you're funny, get on that Vine/Youtube wave. All you need is a phone, computer and terrible editing skills.
Good luck breh.

No. :birdman:

About 3 years ago when they started gentrifying, you could have caught a crib around there for $330,000 - $375,000.
Now? You'll be lucky to see anything for under $450,000.
Some things pop up but the houses look , need a lot of work and get bought quickly w/ cash by investors.
Rent and prices have gone up like crazy in the past 2 years.

How much is the average house in Compton going for, how much gentrifying going on in Compton now?
