Im from the hood and moved out as an adult, now when I go back I feel I don't belong

You must of just deaded nikkas after you went to College... And you should be able to talk "IPo's" and talk "hood shyt" with your friends... I mean DAMN..

If a nikkas biggest interest is Jordans and Purp, talking IPO's on the corner isn't appealing. When im around dem nikkas I talk about shyt that I know they can relate to like cars and bops in the hood. And time flies fam, when I go back to the block the lil nikkas that was babies are now having babies. I be out the way tho. I come back and holla but nikkas done grew apart like a mufukka, well I grew and they didn't.

Why did it turn into 1 then? Footlocker used to stay having nikkas running outta that bytch with boxes of shoes. In that mall's entire existance they only had 2 national retail stores and they were JC Penney and footlocker. How in the fukk can a mall in a city with 3 professional teams only have 2 national retail stores in it since it's existance? And JC Penny's left eastmont when the 1st nintendo's came out in the late 80's. Females was getting raped in the parking lot when Snoop had a concert there and never showed up.

In that time span my views on life changed and courses like Sociology and all the African American studies classes I took made me view life all the way different. Basically what your saying to me is that Malcolm X and Shorty coulda still kicked it even tho Malcolm became socially conscious and shorty was still tryna pimp white chics and break in homes.

He's a fukking engineer with a wife and kids, and he can still talk to them like it's nothing.... Maybe because he never stopped talking to them... I got nikkas that have been in and out of jail... Never had a job and they aren't doing shyt... But those are my friends, and I would never feel "out of place" around them... But that's me.

Breh, I ain't even from that hood. I don't go to the Vill no more cuz my potna moved out. I was just giving a example of how shyt change when you leave and nikkas get jealous when nikkas in the hood start talking about your crib and shyt.
