I was looking into that for sure. I noticed they have some nice sized foreclosures. I’m not above buying it cheap then upgrading. I hear car insurance is expensive here?Lafayette is a cool city, based on your priorities you will probably enjoy living there. Women and food will both be abundant.
Get smart on flood insurance if you're thinking of buying property, it may be something you aren't used to depending on where you are coming from.
I don't know anyone who lives in Lafayette that doesn't like the city, I have had many good nights there.
Yeah car insurance is a bytch because everyone sues. And a ton of people aren't carrying any insurance.I was looking into that for sure. I noticed they have some nice sized foreclosures. I’m not above buying it cheap then upgrading. I hear car insurance is expensive here?
Are there a lot of pot holes in the road like they say?Yeah car insurance is a bytch because everyone sues. And a ton of people aren't carrying any insurance.
They have then but they aren't in abundance or as deep like some of the neighborhoods in New Orleans. Before they repaved Hollygrove I was scared to drive on the roads when it was raining. Are there a lot of pot holes in the road like they say?
Damn well I got my transfer in I been researching warm cities and it seem like a good option for me.They have then but they aren't in abundance or as deep like some of the neighborhoods in New Orleans. Before they repaved Hollygrove I was scared to drive on the roads when it was raining.
The roads are still shytty though. 60k tires may last you 50k.
Georgia and Texas over populated. I ain’t even thinking about Mississippi. Louisiana seem cool from me researching it soo far. I gotta visit after December.I'm intrigued by Louisiana because for some reason I feel like it's a buffet of fine females but I couldn't live in Louisiana
Yeah, in New Orleans we have some of the highest rates in the country, I wouldn't expect cheap insurance in Lafayette.I was looking into that for sure. I noticed they have some nice sized foreclosures. I’m not above buying it cheap then upgrading. I hear car insurance is expensive here?
It's cool. There. College town. Nice mix of black and white. Not too overly white...but not too black like Shreveport. Food is mostly Cajun tho and not Creole...but good eats.
Thanks for that I want to hear everything about the state. What about upper middle class blacks though? I’m not an Uncle Tom but I do well financially. How’s the relationship between us and the police? I want to hear everything. I won’t be living in the hood. How will neighbors handle a brother that can live in a well to do neighborhood?I wish you the best brother but you couldn't pay me enough money to reside in that state, they have an open racist and white supremacist as governor and a republican legislature that has shown their contempt for their black population only concern about the rural white folks.
