It's cool. There. College town. Nice mix of black and white. Not too overly white...but not too black like Shreveport. Compared to Port City, BR, and NO?? Laffy is paradise from what I seen. But Imma NW LA breh. I know it's beaucoup safer than all the major cities in da boot thoCrime is horrible everywhere in Louisiana. If he doesn't play tough, hustle or mess with other guy's women he might survive.
