The MCU will be fine when people realize that 'superhero' is not a genre.
Marvel just dropped an existential sci-fi Epic that has more in common with Raised By Wolves than it does Hawkeye.
The point of the multi-verse and all of these sub-sections of Marvel is so they can continue to branch off into other genre's of film with the source material.
The way things are going it affords them to maintain the concept of the MCU without adhereing so much to the sacred-timeline as it were. The sandbox is getting bigger, the projects are getting more abstract, theres an ebb and flow of self containment and expansion and that can be awesome if you let it.
Marvel Studios has done something amazing thus far, but they have to change, they have to evolve. And OP like most humans don't like change.
