I'm around 136 pounds, how many cals do I need to eat per day to start bulking?

I'm 6'2 and 215 lbs.

I eat 3,000 - 4,000 calories a day.

Peanut butter is the goat though, I have a heaping table spoon in the morning (300 calories) and a heaping table spoon at night (300 calories) = 600 calories

Couple that with the two protein mixtures I have when I go to the gym x3 a week (200 calories each time x 2 = 400)

That's 1,000 just from that :gladbron:

I usually have about 500 calories for breakfast (not including the peanut butter); about 600 for lunch, 1,000-1,200 for dinner and about 1,000 for snack before I sleep (not including the peanut butter). Maybe I am eating more than I thought :lupe:

Buy a gang of eggs, eat three for breakfast w/ 3 slices of bread. Waffles are cheap too, i eat 3 w/ my eggs, bacon n bread for breakfast.

Get some oatmeal, eat 2 cups sometime durin the day then 2 cups at night before you go to sleep with you protein shake

If you can eat peanut butter eat about 2-3 spoons or more a day as a snack

Buy some chicken breasts too

I'm tryna hit around 150 - 155 so according to that I'm not too far off with the calories, I just gotta stop eating shyt with so much sodium :sadcam:


Ye teekieboy that sodium will have you bloated as fukk and will make it harder you get your your calories in I wish I woulda known that my last bulk :flabbynsick:

Drink water too its fwea and make ya digestive system fwea and smooth

Honestly it sounds like a lot of shyt at first but once you start exercising daily you'll find that you'll be hungry pretty much all the time and getting that many calories isn't a problem, appetite wise.

i do it twice a day. 2 cups of oatmeal aint as much as you think. When I actually measured it out it was way less than I thought it was. I was actually eating more than 2 cups before. He can do 1, 1 1/2 if 2 cups is too much.
