Squat heavier weights with less reps, or go with lighter weights and a higher rep count?

Based upon what knowledge or paperwork ??

Squat heavier weights with less reps, or go with lighter weights and a higher rep count?

Heavier with less, but be careful with heavy weights squatting, the spine isn’t meant to axial load like that

You don't have an M.D. and I said all I had to say earlier. You keep asking people for paperwork and post proof, and a bunch of other useless shyt. How about you post information and stop switching up. Stop with the b.s., you post an AMA stating that you are a doctor. You're not a medical doctor. You went to 4 years of school just like someone who obtained a B.A. or B.S. degree; then chiropratic school for your license, Not a medical school or residency training. Stop with the fake attention grab.. you're misleading people who may have serious inquiries into various medical conditions and who may have a genuine interest in you as a MEDICAL DOCTOR, when in fact, you are NOT. You try to defend your position, when you know that you're wrong af because if it was all that you could have just said in the title - " I’m a Doctor (DC) of Chiropractic , From Chicago, lived in Alabama, Atl, and now Nola, AMA" Then you say that a person doesn't need to be a doctor in order to write prescriptions, that's exactly what is necessary to be a doctor; you are not authorized to do so. The problem that I have is you're taking advantage of people, like we all are gullible to this. You know what you did and then you sit there trying to make everybody else look wrong, further confusing the situation.

Like I said, I'm not throwing shade at what you accomplished or obtained; its how you're moving on this thread and the fact that attention is on your being misleading instead of useful info. bc of your approach.

OP being a lil misleading....
Depends on what you are doing. If your really want to make bank as a Chiropractor out of school you will have to work 60 hours a week. I know one in Brooklyn who works 8am-8pm a day. He is making 180k a year. You have to work hard and grind your ass off.

I mean congrats on having a successful career but a chiropractor is not a "doctor" as we know it. You don't even have to have a bachelor's degree to enter chiropractic school. That alone tells you the academic heft isnt there enough to consider you a doctor. I mean the average salary tells on you too. A general practitioner doctor average pay in the US is 189k. For a chiropractor is 66k:skip:. I just have a MBA and I make double your industry's average salary and that's before annual bonus. Your title is a bit misleading, sir.

I don’t get what you are trying to get at here. He is a Doctor. Same way DPTs are doctors or Podiatrist are doctors. They are all physicians at the end of the day. He went fours years of undergrad and took four more years in a Chiro school so in the end he is a doctor. He has a doctorate degree that is recognized in all 50 states and by insurance companies.

But chiropractors do not have the same medical training as MDs and DOs. They can’t prescribe medicine or do surgery, for instance. Instead, their expertise is doing adjustments, recommending exercises, and offering nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Chiropractors mainly focus on problems involving the musculoskeletal system, such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches.

Chiropractors emphasize the alignment of the spine for good health. So they often perform spinal adjustments with their hands or a small tool.

DOs and MDs are both physicians who can practice in any area of medicine. Many are primary care doctors, but there are also DOs who specialize in dermatology, cardiology, psychiatry, and other medical fields. All doctors -- MDs and DOs -- can prescribe medication and train to do surgery.

They have similar training, too. First come 4 years of medical school. After that, MDs and DOs work as interns, residents, and, for some, as fellows in their chosen field for 3-8 more years. More than 20% of medical students are studying to become DOs.

DOs and MDs also have to pass national exams to receive a license to practice medicine.

Depends on the state. In New York the average salary of a Chiropractor is 175k. In New Jersey it’s 185k. And in a chiropractic school they take the same classes as med school student in the first two years.

No. They're not, that's what you fail to comprehend. He is not a physician.

A chiropractic degree (DC) is not comparable to a medical degree (MD).

I never said not being a doctor makes it possible to write a script you have to be a doctor

From the beginning, you have come with notions trying to down play me, but I’m like who made you judge jury and executioner as to what a doctor is or isn’t

First things first i didn’t just get my doctorate, i earned that that was 4 years of very difficult classes, just like Med school

My residency is built into my educational tract so i don’t have to do fours years after

My educational tract includes everything a medical doctor takes, including multiple classes, in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, neurology, radiology, pathology, and then i take speciality classes

When i graduated and applied for my liscense after taking 5 National boards, i am recognized as a liscensed doctor, and every insurance or health care entity recognizes me as such, and in accordance to the law, i have level 3 or 4 privileges, (i forget now which level, it’s been a minute since reading it) which means i am a general practitioner that means you don’t need a referral to see me, that means i can refer patients to other doctors as well, and again depending on the state, i can examine and asses the eye, the nose and ear, i can give a Pap Smear/gynecological exam, i can give a proctological exam, i can administer some medication, perform minor surgery, deliver babies, all things your gp/pcp can do, with the exception that instead of busting out a script to handle illness, i use chiropractic
