Along with more immigrants coming directly from Central America and their family members who were already here since the ‘80s and ‘90s putting them on game along with Cacs pushing deeper past 14th St in DC and loosening up the Migo presence in Mount Pleasant, Adams Morgan, and Columbia Heights, a lot of Migos are pushing deeper into Northeast DC as a result and are also spilling over into the Eastern Ave side of PG. I’m starting to see more of them around Oxon Hill and even a lil bit of them around Suitland and Temple Hills too.

Not just that, but it was something about the clubs operating in residential neighborhoods even though they are businesses or something like that. Also, the noise complaints.

Both those PG strip clubs where mad raunchy. Ain't not King of Diamonds or Magic City lol. Straight BYOB and get to business lol.

4. What's the most booming area, career wise at the moment?

1.) Lmao had to look back twice cuz I thought you said Jeepers I haven’t been to Jasper’s since 2010.

2.) Any differences between us are subtle but maybe our accent is slightly more country (a lot of us have family ties to Southeast and SE nikkas tend to have a very strong slur in their accent compared to other Black Washingtonians); our fashion is similar but back in the 80’s and 90’s it was more distinguishable; young PG nikkas have cars tend to have a higher car ownership than young DC nikkas; I think PG nikkas tend to be better adept at the art of Code-Switching when it comes to dealing with workplace shyt and white people than their DC counterparts (basically switching Ebonics/AAVE off and turning on General American/“proper speak”); etc.

3.) MoCo nikkas can be cool, but some of them can be fake asf.

As for Bmore nikkas, they can be cool and I even made a few friends from there ever since I attended UMES. Sometimes we’ll joan on each other but it’s usually just good fun I’ve grown to like some Bmore Club music but I still think they dance and talk funny lol and their slang be having me Lor Scoota was about to be the next best thing to come outta Baltimore smh.
