I just laugh at these threads where nikkas crunch numbers living in places like Wisconsin and South Carolina and fukkin Missouri :mjlol: bruh my cousin works for Sony and makes 2500 a month.. He's 27 and that's like a fukkin Mona Lisa of jobs out here.. He's single no kids.. His apt cost 1300 a month.. 2 bd room in inglewood lol the big city cost of living is some Godzilla shyt.. You move out at 18 round here you'll be living in section 8 until you're a grandparent

Idk if you trynna shyt on your cousin but i'm trynna understand how a 30k/yr gig is the mona lisa of jobs

It's contraditory tbh.

They claim they live at home to live a minimalist super saving lifestyle yet buy big cars, that's not minimalist lol. It seems the only area of their life where they are minimalist is the responsibility :russ:

Thats it? :why:
A lease for most Luxury cars with added options is around $450 not including insurance

Shes fully covered in insurance and warranty
And shes can give it back in a few years

Sounds like a win

She got a deal through her old man...it's the Lexus RX 350 fully loaded...it's closer to 6 than 550...just seems crazy paying that much a month and not even owning it. Then again I'm not rwally a car guy. But that's a hell of a monthly nut that could be saved instead.

Cars are a loss regardless if you buying or leasing
But RX350 are pretty expensive, $550 with insurance is a great offer
And shes paying that amount for a few years instead of 5 or 6.
Unless you plan to drive it for 10+ years then leasing is usually the better option imo
