He already has 40K in the bank.

he doesn't even have to touch that money. His car note is taken care of by his current job and he can still save more

While i agree somewhat, if you have 40k saved up and a sorry/dead end job. You really arent that much better off. He cant really touch that money because he doesnt have much income coming in. He's no different than somebody who relative passed away and they left him that money. and we all know how people who didnt really earn that money ends up. Hopefully he takes that money and better himself in some way.. else whats the point of having it?

Honestly, the only people in my age bracket that didn't have to return home at some point were the white kids whose parents had other homes for them to live in. I don't think the older crowd realized how badly they messed our generation up as far as their impact on the economy

Work a full time job and still not make enough to live on your own brehs

Alot of these dudes that criticize OP are dudes with big degrees and experience in those fields, for example the golden era in IT was early 2000's when cats went to MCSE bootcamps and got hired for 60k straight with no experience lol, alot of cats don't know how atl got some popular but it was the job market hot in tech + low cost that had cats straight leaving there city.

So it's a lot of dudes older heads cant relate to the struggle at all, they don't know these young dudes with the same degrees they got 10 years ago ain't getting that starting salary they got 10 years ago, so they criticize these cats as bums and so forth without seeing the job market is straight ass.

I would never get a place and push a hooptie, sorry I'll stay with mom and get a decent car, my image is very important and trust me no one cares about that "do the right thing" nonsense, you'll be home on a friday night broke pushing a wagon with no females:lolbron:

Know a couple airline pilot brothers pushing 50 with no kids and no girls, live in the best part of town and some nice cribs but when people mention them they ask if they met a woman yet:deadrose:

Truth be told, if my money wasn't right I'll be back home in a instant, pushing a new car breh walking mom's dog, do you really want to be a black dude driving a wagon in 2014:heh:

breh most people don't have 40K right now in the bank.
Heck most people don't even have 10K in the bank. (sorry make that 5K in the bank)

Also most people are working at a dead-end job.
So yes he is better of.

It's lazy and like has been said plenty of times you can live on your own and still have money in the bank, you just can't do it and be lazy

Do you know where OP lives?

Let's say his dead end job pays 2000 a month home pay.

Living with momma

Lexus 250 is (I don't know, I estimate 35k) car payment lets say 450, insurance for a single man with no kids 150
help mom with her little bills, estimate 300 a month.

900 a month, he can stash maybe 800 a month

Living on his own will kill that 2 grand quick breh food, light, cable tv, and even if he has a older car it's gonna need maintenance and new parts.

He's better off at home till he gets a CAREER, moving out is dumb if he ain't making at least 50k a year.

Also the argument can be made that he's become too comfortable. Meaning he doesnt see the need to strive for more, because well he doesnt have to pay rent and feel like life will always be like this way. But dad n mom wont be there forever..

His parents have created this illusion for him... Now if you have a good job and still at home. thats a diffferent story

Sound Reasoning
You must be mentally retarded. Having a nice car is only about 100-200 dollars more a month. Couple that with a lack of mortgage, you're still saving big gwap. :camby:

Are you serious breh? By nice, I'm meaning luxury vehicle....like a Lexus.

But even so, how can you justify driving a luxury vehicle while CHOOSING to live at home with your parents? How can you say "hey I stay with my mommy because my main priority is stacking money.....but I still need to drive a luxury wheel"? How can you think its fly to park your luxury vehicle in your parents' garage? Or even better, how wack do you look when pulling a chick with your luxury vehicle and then telling her that you live at home?

I mean, do dudes not understand how wack you look when you're 33, driving a BMW, wearing nothing but Polo......but sleep in the basement? What separates you from being on Baby Boy status? Oh, because your parents are college-educated and live in the suburbs? Playa, you still a weirdo and in a state of under-development............period.

And you get clowned by real dudes and real chicks who pay their own bills and have their own sh#t. That's the order of the universe.

But I must've hit a chord with you, brehski. I apologize for hurting your feelings.

Peace

P.S. :umad:
