This CP3 thing don't really matter. I'm sure him & the team want him elsewhere but I don't think OKC really has a problem with him being around unless he causes problems in which case tell him to go sit at the house since their tanking anyway :yeshrug:

They have to pay somebody so the money ain't a big deal as long as they duck the tax which their around $2m of right now & have all year to get under & right now don't have anybody that needs to be paid. He can mentor SGA while he's around.

CP3 is the one on a clock. If he really wants out bad enough he'll have to help out. Be a pro even if he has to stick around for a bit (all these new deals can't be moved until Dec) & if he really, really wants out he could drop that last year on his deal since it's a player option.

I think he eventually gets sent to Miami because it's the place that makes the most sense right now. Everywhere I go looking I keep seeing Heat fans talking about getting Beal, but the Wizards keep saying they ain't trading him, Heat don't have picks to move, & he ain't a FA until 2021. Would seem really strange to give 30 year old grumpy Jimmy Butler a max deal if the plan is to wait 2 years for your bad deals to expire & hope that somebody wants to come play with 32 year old grumpy Jimmy Butler.

:russ: Just happy to see my KU boys get a bag. Mook getting a nice deal either way it goes. Kieff didn’t really get much from the pistons.

The fukk is Marcus commanding so much more money than Markieff??:what:

They literally the same player yet Marcus already got a couple bags thrown at him yet Markieff is forced to sign minimum deals:gucci:

Marcus is better offensively . He is a 36% 3 pt shooter

Markieff has shot 33% from 3 tha last 3 seasons

Shooting matters A LOT in todays league

Also Marcus is seen as a better teammate, kieff has the rep of being a kunkklehead

I agree with Kieff being a knucklehead....but he’s actually the better offensive player between the 2. It’s been that way since high school. He was the one that was drafted higher...he was the one that gave up money so that the Suns could sign Marcus. It’s just that Marcus got placed in a perfect situation with a well coached team.

Meanwhile Markieff was injured and with one of the most dysfunctional franchises in the league. It’s crazy how winning can change perception...Markieff signs a 1yr 4M deal while Marcus signs a 1yr 15M deal.

Ain’t no way Marcus is 11M better. That shyt doesn’t even make sense

My Pops Forever RIP
I think I'd try to either give up Galanari or someone else viewed as a positive asset just to get rid of Paul...He will help the Thunder just enough to possibly play them into the late lotto...granted with the lottery odds it may not matter but I'd still rather secure a top pick odds.

Paul/Galanari to a team with some trash contracts that expire before Paul...

So why the hell did Morey sign Paul to that extension last off season?
They simply can’t be as bad as the worst teams in the West no matter what they do.

In the pros, Marcus has been better offensively.....not concerned about HS or college:manny:

Do agree Marcus has been in better situations

Like i said shooting is maybe the most valued skill rn and Marcus has been quite a bit better than Markieff at that. I think the pay gap shouldnt be as wide between them but i get why Marcus would get more

who do you think will end up being the worst team? I can see every team basically improving but I also can see some disappointing.

What happened to the NBA throwing the idea of the top 16 teams in the playoffs?
