If a team signs a player to a two year contract with a team option the player loses the no trade clause. No reason the Lakers shouldn’t have did this.Every player who re-signs with their team on a 1 year deal or a 1+1 gets a no-trade clause.
I'm so glad I just started getting back into NBA this year
say brehs, what are some good accounts on twitter to follow, particularly smaller ones and ones ran by brehs
Like the Thunder did last year with Westbrick? They not tryin to win. Got it. Still on that trust the process shyt ok. I’m not a Sixer fan so I can’t comprehend ever buying into that trust as we make lateral moves shyt but ok. Y’all got worse from last season with the moves this free agency. Which is too bad cause with kawhi out the east y’all could have been the favorite. But the Sixers are ride or die with Ben Bummons. So die they will.

A player who re-signs with his previous team on a one-year contract – or a two-year deal with an option year – is given no-trade protection, and so is a player who signs an offer sheet and has that offer matched by his previous team. Players who accept qualifying offers after their rookie contracts expire can also block trades.
Who's place they taking?I got Dallas making the playoffs
No I’m saying they gave KCP the wrong contract, what they could have done was give him a contract for 17 million over two years but make the second year non guaranteed, in that case he wouldn’t have a no trade clause.Per CBA
NBA Players Who Can Veto Trades In 2018/19
They didn't "choose" to give a no trade clause..it's an automatic trigger in the CBA....don't know where you're getting your information but I would double check your source
Lakers and Mavs will replace the Thunder and Spurs.Who's place they taking?
Good question. Spurs dont look like they have the fire power. OKC is dropping...and a California team wont make it eitherWho's place they taking?
