Basically Andy and Marty got Vick on some puppet ish. He must stay in the pocket do all his reads and if nothing is there then he runs. Basically trying to make him a pocket passer. The Old Vick did a few reads but if the hole opened up he would run. They seem to have taken that away from him. The problem is this line is not that great so Vick needs to be able to run if the hole is there but they again are telling him to only pass. So no he doesn't change plays like Peyton does but that's a bad comparison because Peyton is the Offensive C. even if someone else is calling the plays. Not many QB's have that kinda of power cause Peyton can read a D right from the line. The problem is the O-line and the lack of running game in the playcalling. Yes Turnovers are an issue also but a lot of the turnovers happen cause we were passing the ball to much. So most of the blame falls on Andy and Marty's playcalling more than Vick to me. Despite this The Eagles are #5 in total offense in the NFL so we haven't even reached our full potential cause of the turnovers.

In conclusion, Vick can't read a defense, move within the pocket, WRs need to be college open not NFL open so he runs for his life.
