bench is not weaker. Ian Clark has been playing very well to replace Barbosa. Igoudala, Livingston and Varejao is still there...and David West has not been doing well to replace Speights who was limited anyways. OTher than that what has changed. Those are minor issues considering that Durant replacing Barnes adds a lot. So what really changed?

Yeah I don't think they can win it all as currently constructed. Iggy looks very washed, and Zaza and especially West are not going to cut it. West can't even move. He does nothing out there but grimace and look tough. Zaza is at best a backup 5.

They need to think long and hard about trading Livingston and/or McCaw for a big. Maybe Nerlens Noel? Noah Vonleh? Hell, where is Larry Sanders??
