what do these reviewers and fanboys want? go back to tank like controls? aiming guns by guessing where your crosshair may or maynot be based on what angle your arm is at? maybe a need for a typewriter ribbon to save the game?

I seriously think cats would give the game a 10/10 if the entire game centered around a small ass mansion and slow ass zombies tho
Same cats complained about the same shyt for RE5 and I enjoyed that also (I honestly felt like RE5 was better than RE4....but RE4 was slower and had much less action so I guess its the better game ). Too much action should never be a negative, if I want slow paced ass Resident Evil then I'll play the Gamecube remake.
It's all about evolution, if they kept making the same game since 96' these same nikkas would be complaining about it

Yea...u dont know what u talkin about...u cant strip away EVERYTHING that makes a franchise popular and think its gonna go over well...u cant copy a bunch of other games in which has NOTHING to do with the genre at hand...Resident Evil became popular BECAUSE of the shyt they changed and took out and that ur complaining about...its all good to improve on things...thats great...as long as u dont lose the essence that made people draw to u in the first place...the franchise is a shell of its former self...period..4.6 out of 5

I really think RE is a victim of the Illmatic syndrome, no matter how many dope LPs Nas drops people will always complain about it not being illmatic. (Lyrics aside ...substance wise Illmatic is probably his weakest LP....still a classic tho)
the nikka is almost 40 and not 18 anymore, why nikkas get mad at growth and evolution?

Pefect example is these series of videos on Capcom's horror games, if u watch all parts of these videos you'll notice that they actually complained about the first 3 resident evils and its sequels on DC, PS2 and Gamecube, stating that they were good games but stale

RE0-CV all was great because the game auto aimed for you and you just knew what was working. The tank controls made your interaction with the chainsaw man in 4/5 so thrilling because you'd be shooting a gang of dudes and next thing you know you have to run forward THEN turn around to see dude charging at you.
Now in RE6 you can literallymonsters and clothesline motherfukkers with no problem or they can get the knife to the face.

Only thing re4 had over 5 was some bosses. Outside of that, stop it man.
