say word….:ohhh:

Xboxes also have a CMOS Battery Problem | gameblur

you can also play native PlayStation games on their native consoles, that was never the issue
And, yes, replacing a CMOS battery on an Xbox console likely requires server authentication or a factory reset.
Dude just made that up.

Sony stans like making up random lies to defend their console:mjlol:

The Xbox doesn’t have a cmos and the authentication of games is not tied to the date/time stored there. That’s a PlayStation specific issue

the battery will still eventually die and need to be replaced like the PlayStation. The difference is the PlayStation data system is tied to the cmos where as the Xbox i operate seperate lay without it but it still needs to connect to the internet to be used.

Is this the same controversy that tanked the Xbox One when it launched? That you can't even play physical discs without checking in with MS servers?

It seems like Microsoft STILL hasn't learned that lesson from last time with that always online mandatory kinect bullshyt...:mjlol: Jesus Christ it's like literally the twilight zone seeing this thread... Watch meach dikkride Phil for this and start juelzing saying Sony stans and whatnot ..:deadrose:

There is no cmos battery in the Xbox.

and no the Xbox does not need to be connected to the internet after initial setup.

The levels some of these guys go to Stan. Bruh once I download a game on Xbox series x that’s a offline game I don’t need to ever go online to play it again.

clearly you need to be online to install it cause it new hardware and the system needs to download the old files. After that install you free to never get online again
