What about the ones who received a double full mastectomy, and now will never have the option to breastfeed their children since breast implants can not replace the Alveoli (milk producing glands) that were removed? Where is the empathy for children who had their true adult decision on their identity taken from them?

Gender identity that leads to surgeries (Any of which can be deadly) and puberty blocker drugs (many times the effects can not be reversed) should only be made by adults seeking to make the change, not by children who are not eve fully sure of what their identity even will be.
