I'm trash at Barbell Bench... never done it consistently and doubt I could get up 225 x 1
I can do 100 DB's for 5 reps with good form though. And I'll take my physique over those 20% bodyfat cats bouncing 225 off their chest.

Im not even going for brolic type look. I just want to be 175-185. And like 10% bf andd ill be happy till then its grinding. Also i think i want to do a triathlon next year too. Functional muscle nd muscle endurance is what im going for.Honestly don't even trip on the whole 1 rep max thing. It's a marathon not a sprint. Building size is more important in my book. Concentrate more on your 8 to 10 rep max

You obviously don't even lift.
I hate to break it to you but people look down on you. If you don't have at least two 45's on each side of the bar you're not taken seriously at the gym. And if you can't at least lift as much as you weigh you're really looked down on.
Nobody pays attention to what you squat and deadlift lil nikka. They don't even pay attention to that shyt at the NFL combine but they track how many times you can lift 225OP just hits the gym to bench and curl. Prob look at dudes who squat and deadlift like
