Im pretty slim though, never really cared for gaining weight, I don't eat enough for that shyt.

yea man. i like havin my 6 pack showin but still being muscular and not being to heavy on the court. i used to be 180 durin college and i lost some of my quickness. its all about what works for you

Health is wealth my brehs. To add on dont drink alcohol too much & keep your meat consumption low. High protein diets put mad stress on your liver, kidneys & heart.

The biggest measure of health for a man is your stomach & penis. If your stomach is flabby or round & hard do something. A man is supposed to be get erections til the day he dies without pills or enhancers. If your not its a sign of heart trouble.

I follow the ways of a 98 yr old. He eats spicy food, drinks wine, lots of fish & veggies and sex with his 45 yr old girlfriend.

I've always been a beast/mandingo and an atheltic gift/semi-god/adonis so it's nothing new :win:

I've gotten more ass thrown at me in the last 3-4 years than I ever did as a teen and early 20 something.

One thng I will definitely co sign aside from the basic health maintenance is for nikkaz (yes I'm calling out black men) to step up their fukkin thread game. Learn your correct shirt and neck size, learn how to tie a tie and know where to shop. Stay OUT of them hood holes like Jimmy Jazz. Hit Nieman Marcus, Brook Brothers, or somewhere decent with a tailor

I don't know if it's genetic or from playin ball but I've always had a lot of upper body muscle. Even as a teenager, I'd take my shirt off and girls would be surprised as hell :pachaha: My thighs are muscular as fukk and my legs are cut.

I pretty much work out every day. When I'm in school I have this girl I do yoga/pilates with and that's pretty fun. :ehh:

Eating too many carbs is why a lot of people gain weight or eventually get diabetes. There's a reason low-carb/high-protein diets are popular these days.

31 ...been boxing over 20 years.....run 5-6km a day....

dont smoke do drugs or eat fast food.... i feel and look fukking great...

i dont mess with supplements or vitamins, I prefer to eat fresh fruit bought in the market....

i do very light weights, but thats more because heavy weights arent beneficial if you box
