Good thread! Don't worry too much brehs. It aint too late. I know a lot dudes that got out of shape in their late 20s and now they are in their 30s and are in very good shape now.
It happened to me in my late 20s...I was grinding hard, working a lot of OT, going to grad school full time working on two masters. It was very hard to work out. I was so exhausted every day, would be lucky to see the gym 2 times a week. Now I just turned 30, in decent shape but I'm about to get myself into serious shape. I know my body really well and my homeboy is a personal trainer and set me on a good workout plan.
