29 and in possibly the best shape of my life and I played sports and was active all through school. Im in the gym 5 days a week. I aint gon' lie tho I dont have the best diet but I go hard in the gym so I guess it balances out. I like my sweets and whatnot but my thing is portion control, I dont over-eat. 30 minutes of cardio and 1 to 1-1/2 hours of weights each workout session keep me right tho.

Def agree..26 and work out 3 times a week in the gym..Nothing crazy, just a decent work-out..and I eat better by incorporating some type of veggies with each meal (I cheat on the weekends though )
Ladies in the office been definitely complementing me on how they can tell I've been working out..face is smaller..
I think it's all about portion control..Don't over eat..light breakfast, regular lunch(don't order extra's or supersize shyt), decent dinner..Make sure there is some green somewhere.

Stayin in shape is 1 of my priorities in life. I eat healthy and hit the gym 6days a week. As a former athelete I pretty much have been workin out my whole life. And if I ever got out of shape or got skinny or fat, my friends & fam would be lookin at me like plus bein swol and in shape keeps the byytches on me. Your puzzy meter stays up when byytches are physicly attracted to you.
