Cuz if u see a girl u like and dont even bother to approach her, u lost. Unless there are certain circumstances.

For example: I dont hit on girls who work service jobs (waiters, bartenders, store employees etc) cuz they usually will flirt as part of the job & try to finesse u. No can do.

If shes with a group of more than 3 in a public place? Maybe depending on how douchey im feeling. Mosty likely nah

Co workers? Hell Nah.
