Black folks are concentrated in major cities...

Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philly, Chicago, DC, etc...

Even then, the black population is about 25-30% in those cities, give or take...

And after playing college ball in the middle of the country, I can say without certainty that there are LOTS of cities where the black population is literally determined by how many head back home from college I'm the summer. Lol

Those numbers come from census data. If people don't answer, they don't get counted. So we very well may be more than 13% of the population but if people go into hiding when the census workers come around then the numbers won't be accurate.

True, but then your only missing a couple percentage points in those areas that we normally congregate in anyway. The number prolly ain't off as much as you think.

Small town America is a real thing and for the most part, on a good day, you might see one or two black families in those areas.
