I was in Algiers point from 95-00. Went to Terrytown, Walk and Karr. I enjoyed New Orleans.

Out of all the places I’ve been, I like Tampa. The city grew on me. I love water.

Atlanta is cool, but I don’t think I want to raise my daughters here. I’m thinking about moving to the panhandle or maybe Charlotte. Probably end up back in Tampa.

S.D. Has the GOAT weather but the water is too cold for me.

New roc a dope ass city IMO

I moved to New Ro 3 years ago and I like it here. Low key, not much crime, diverse, walkable, parks on the sound, a lot of amenities for kids. The downtown area has made a big transformation sinced I moved here. I'm walking distance from it and the sound. This weekend is artsfest weeekend, so a lot of art based events to check out here. This city offers much more than me and my wife expected. I've met a lot of parents who moved out here during covid that are from or moved from Brooklyn.

..back to the topic, I grew up in Brooklyn in the 80's and 90's. NYC was just overall grimey. I would have loved to grow up somewhere where I didn't have to worry about being juxed once I left my house. Growing up in Tokyo would have prolly been a cool experience.
