I went to the "tenderloin" when I was out there


also went to some restaurant that was garlic themed


I for sure smoked some laced weed out there

The Tenderloin is fukked but has good restaurants, Brenda's French Soul Food is one of them


The garlic place is The Stinking Rose on Columbus, good restaurant.

Growing up and living in LA/OC/SD my whole life is cool, but somewhere in Oceania/Islands continent. It's an Islands chain but it's not as poor as other countries/regions.

Cleanest air in the world, diverse location, highly STEM, easy access to an insane tech region, beautiful people, etc.

Where a lot of Saturday morning cartoons was based on.

One of those places that I think would be so much more fulfilling as a local vs an outsider/tourist.

NY for sure. I actuallly lived in New Rochelle as a kid, left when I was 8. Couple years later (90s) I realized that the two things I enjoyed the most, Hip-Hop and the Knicks, were in the city I lived in and left to go all the way to Central African Republic. Always felt that my life would've been massively different if we had stayed there, especially by being a teenager in the 90s.

Either that, or some more developped African capital than Bangui.
