The US economy currently has issues a hell of a lot larger than ideological economic viewpoints.
Cuba has some great ideas. There are international politics at play that force some of their growth to be a very hard uphill battle... but lets not forget that one of the goals and motivations of a good economic system is social wellbeing. What's the point of having a few big companies when people are suffering?? What the point of placing people in slavery for the profits of 1%? What's the point of the economy not benefiting people close to equally for all levels of society??? What's the reason that the healthcare and education systems of some of the nations are murking the US????? with lower resources and less capitalist slavery???

Even the banks that survived the great depression are now failing or being kept alive by the taxes and slave labor of the American pawns and workforce.... AKA capitalism. The US dollar value has been cut in half the last 6 or so years but the wealthiest Americans have increased wealth by a gross and disgusting amount in that time ... aka capitalism. The illusion of debt and Americans being able to maintain a consumerism materialistic climate that is pushed as the only way we can survive is now imploding - credit card debt, American debt, housing market... aka capitalism. Wars are being maintained and international politics are being funded and increasing the pockets of defense industry, lobbyist, and reverting back to that 1% at the expensive of education, social welfare, services, and the American dream. aka capitalism. Soon the scam is going to be exposed by nations that have systems sparked by socialist revolutions (like China) and the nightmare that black already experience, will be felt by all Americans at a level that we aren't prepared to fully deal with. LOL@ us thinking that that lil recession we just had has been fixed.


Every system is going to have the identify and culture of that nation... along with the political landscape (regardless if retards deny this!!!) - all influencing how that ideological system is ran... so that's the reason for hybrid solutions and the failure of some systems that are actually good ideas.

You're very welcome and idk, I'm not an economist..... We probably should adopt something similar to cuba for social, education and health reasons... and look to china for downfall of American's dollar and economy reasons.

china applied revolutionary socialist ideas in the 50's and they collapsed, then they turned around and applied capitalism and became one of the richest countries and the world and has had one of the largest reductions in poverty the world has ever seen

you dont have to be an economist to see that revolutionary socialism is a recipe for a collapsed economy and that any sustainable economic system has to be based on capitalism

china is probably a bad example. they are probably the most capitalist nation out there now. And I would argue every country now uses a mixed economy. the problem with america is we have allowed money into politics.
