It only helps if you're way below baseline, and you're infertile ( which i guess you're not).Speaking of nuts though (and bussin all kinds :hodge: ), Brazil nuts have super high selenium content which increases testosterone

for test the best thing is lift heavy weights, vitamin d, and sleep. . Which is why the old powerlifters used to drink gallons of milk a day (milk has other good sht in it too). If you're black, you're probably lactose intolerant so you'd have to get Vit D from other sources like fish.
