If White Women benefit from DEI the most, then why are we mad at Trump for getting rid of it?

But that atmosphere only pretedned to help us.

Did Black wealth increase?
  1. White Women/Male CEOs
  2. Latino/Hispanic Americans
  3. Asian Americans
  4. Native Americans
  5. Disabled Americans
  6. Veterans
  7. LGBTQ+
This is millions of people who co-opted the movement esp after 2020...

These motherfukkers hate you so much that they relish in the THOUGHT of hurting you and then you ask shyt like this :francis:

Look at that list you posted, they will make sure they take down all those people JUST to make sure they get to you

Think of the amount of hate that takes

and then you ask shyt like this :francis:

KNOW YOUR GODDAMN ENEMY MAN
Not really concerned with what they "say" only what they do

I have only one perspective and it's limited, as all of ours are

I work in corporate. So check me on where yall work

But in corporate DEI really seemed to mean LGBTQ

& hring DEI companies to "teach" but what white ppl starting doing in 2020 was paying black women to be "President" for like 200k a year and getting all those $5m - $10m+ DEI contracts

The biggest grift Ive ever seen

So Ive been off that ish for awhile. Most of the DEI leaders were either black or gay, and they didnt even fill other poistions of companies with black ppl nor had the power to do so

PS. You have to calm your blood pressure or these politics stuff gonna kill you breh. I live in DC. Ask me what I (WE if you know you know) these politicans who "hate" each other do at the crab spot in SE lol

Because when a lot of them say DEI they actually mean black people, and other non whites.

Which is why there are many white women in support of the anti DEI movement.

But yeah, you have many disgruntled white males that are talking about white women too when they say DEI.

Black men/women benefited from it. I think people are mad because we’re taught to ride for the people who are benefiting the most from it. We love and fight fur everyone else’s causes except our own.

Thing is

No one white gave me a break …

I got those grades …

I studied …

I seriously doubt that I got a job because I’m Black …

This DEI thing needs to go away …
It's not about you though, that's the part you can hopefully recognize.

Here's a better way to frame it. Mike Tomlin is a black coach that won a Superbowl. He studied, he put in the work and he probably didn't get the job just because he's black.

Yet, the NFL has to enforce the Rooney Rule because of how few black coaches actually get hired.

The fact that Tomlin has a job doesn't negate that statistically, black people aren't given the same opportunities because of their skin color.

The Rooney Rule is DEI. Affirmative Action is DEI. Just because it became popular under a new name in 2020 doesn't change what it stands for and what it does.

Yes. I know what they mean

But the people who IMPLEMENT DEI are not the MASSES

And the poor broke masses THINK BLACK but DEI didn't help us

So who cares if those top 8 get ripped we not geting it anyways

They are using it NOW to attack things that help Black people.

Why does it need to be spelled out?

They use “DEI” to stop funding a farmers market in a Black neighborhood in Kansas City. They just used it to shut down the Black Student Union at the Univ of Alabama.

How they used it before WAS to the benefit of white women.

How they are using it NOW is to attack Black people.

& DEI doenst fix that

because they skate the Rooney rule by paying a random black dude to do fake interviews

seems very similar to my last post where I told you how they paid black women to be ceo/president of DEI companies that got $10m contacts but those women had $200k salalries (to be the face)

I am jaded by this politic stuff its all fake to me

I type crazy from time to time but Im always calm, I just try to make my post an adventure from time to time

The politicians don't HATE each other, they hate US, and they arent afraid to put it out there

The thing about this DEI stuff from my limited perspective is simple; if one black person benefits from it, then we don't have the luxury to give up any ground

Am I missing something?

I mean everything THINKS its for Black people (which was the intention) but the actual list of beneficiaries are:
  1. White Women/Male CEOs
  2. Latino/Hispanic Americans
  3. Asian Americans
  4. Native Americans
  5. Disabled Americans
  6. Veterans
  7. LGBTQ+
  8. Black Americans
So why are we crashing out and complaing the most? Are we being used for the white liberal movement ...or am I missing something

It’s a dog whistle. Any black person in a job that’s a little too good, of course they didn’t earn that.
We know that white woman have benefitted the most.
But they remain willfully ignorant, just as usual.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't this year have perhaps the most black coaches ever in the past year? We went from 1-2 a year -> 6 active black head coaches:
vs
Most of them are under 50 too so they will likely be in the league for a while

If you are jaded, then get involved and make a difference. Don't complain that the changes people attempted aren't doing as well as you'd like.
