What is the name of this burger, the Big CAC?
Mainly because it's cheaper but health reasons as well. I feel better after not eating meat. Chicken I just get sick of after a while.
ive been a chef at many different restaurants over the years, and I've never seen/heard anything about keeping old steaks to sell for well-done steaks..Worked at restaurants before. Chefs always recommend a medium rare steak....they actually keep meat that is damn near gone bad for ppl who want well done steak bc it's a waste of meat.

Funny i see this thread. i was at applebees yesterday with my girl and her parents. Came my time to order and i say i want my steak well-done, her pops was like
'well-done? thats a waste of a steak get medium rare'
im like alright ill get that
I get my steak and get to about half of it and all the pink was leaking out
Had to ask for a boxnot used to it
