Maybe COMPUTER RNG works differently than that but having a 1% chance is exactly what I described above. The RNG is trying to REPLICATE the marble scenario. And it could be said that RNG is synthetic. Fake.

This is only correct if are 99 "monies" and one "death". In this example, there is a flat 1% chance to death, so every time you press, there is a 1 in 100 chance you die, and 99 out of 100 chance to get money. It never said the odds increase per press.

It's not that difficult to understand, ANY attempt leaves you 1% likely to die. The odds of getting consistent non-death results decrease as your attempts increases but each individual push is the same.

You have a 1% chance of dying each time. Sure after 100 pushes you'd expect one to be death, but if you've gotten through 99 presses without dying you still have just a 1% chance of dying on the 100th push of the button

That's not how probability works
The chance is 1% on each button press these odds never change, it is theoretically possible to press the button 1 million times and still not die however the likelihood of this happening is absolutely micro in comparison to dying after 100 presses. You could get an almost infinitely higher amount than $99k with insane luck
