Honestly, Batman would get washed. Spider-Man villains generally have more superpowers. Batman is just a "regular" human.

Spidey would have Gotham spotless pretty quickly. Maybe only the Joker would give him a big challenge.

The only batman villains parker would struggle with are deathstroke and taskmaster. Everyone else, he has faced worse. There's nothing scarecrow can do that mysterio can't. Spiderman would thrive in Gotham.

The Gwen Stacy fukked Norman Osborne storyline was retconned a few years ago. Now it’s Harry Osborne had Mysterio hypnotize everyone into believing Gwen and Norman fukked and he then used their DNA to clown twins which the soul of dead Harry Osborne possesses the children.

Spider-man is every bit as dark and grim as Batman but it gets covered up by bright colors of his costume and his witty delivery.

Doc ock is a genius as well as a freak of nature thanks to his artificial limbs

His only weakness would be his age and deteriorating health

But, he could steal batman's body and do his job better

And the green goblin has super strength on par with spider-man plus an arsenal of weapons that can counter whatever batman could throw at him

Osborn is rich af too by the way. On top of being a politician. He's even president in some timelines

And venom may be weak to fire and certain sounds, but batman still has to survive a fight long enough to take advantage

Goblin is not a regular human, he has a serum in him thats actually more potent than the shyt Captain America got. Hes at least 2x stronger than a peak human which is what Batman is.
