I feel this too somewhat.

When I was in Mississippi last year tho...

So much land not being used.

It's a tricky thing, land here.

On one hand, you have old farming families where the farmer grandparent dies, the other grandparent doesn't farm. So they rent the land out to other farmers.

On the other hand, you have a lotta old white families who's land was given to them in ye olden slave times. When slavery was abolished, their net worth plummeted because slaves had far more value than their crops... and hell, they weren't about to farm it themselves. The white folks that didn't move because of this, the land just... sits there. acres and acres of it. The lucky ones.... I can't think of the family name right now, but they're rich as shyt because power/phone companies rent the land to run telephone poles and cables.

Land in extreme rural areas, nothing to put on it and no cash crops, no real chance of even putting a gas station on it, no local government to lobby for stuff like walmarts or factories, no wins no wins.

Even if you gave folks land nowadays with no type of cash crop (literally or figuratively), it's just dead land.

Hell, it's the real reason you see so many lil strip mall towns on offramps when youre traveling.. Some miniature factory/resource economy, gas stations, minor shopping, fast food, a few hotels. Then nothing for 100 miles.

No. Tha electoral vote is what counts or so they say. Tha president is already chosen by the powers that be
I don’t necessarily agree with that, but I could be wrong. I respect your opinion, though. I was just checking your motives, and they check out.

You good, homie

Reparations for black people should be we shouldn’t have to pay federal income tax:lolbron::umad::ufdup:. Now the nikkas will buy clothes , rims ,cars etc so people will get some of that money back. I’m take mines and build wit some real nikka and rebuild black Wall Street and build and just create wealth.
