I think what it is, is lot of these "fatherless" young men have tempered souls. A lot of them can start from behind you by default just by not having that presence in their life and still thrive. I don't have to promote IRR to my friends. Most already date/ are open to dating/are in relationships/or are married to non-black men. And a lot of the women in family are as well. But in general, black American women are usually not open to relationships with non-black men and many of them should expand their options.
