Are you saying plummeted in real time or the hypothetical scenario? #7 is a nice ass plummet :skip:

no the player I’m talking about was a 2nd round pick who is a player recently who reminded me of him.

Im saying in today’s nba his stock would have plummeted if it ever rose because of those things.

No one is drafting Bobby Hurley today...I’m not even seeing it. Lack of size and athleticism and would get ate on defense and I don’t recall him shooting a great amount of 3s...and the league doesn’t value the ball dominant set up PG.

now I would be curious to see how Abdul rauf or Larry johnson would do today.

I dont think he'd even be as good as Ryan Arcidiacono who is the Bulls THIRD STRING PG....

Bobby's main issue is he couldnt shoot or score at all. Lack of athleticism isn't a dealbreaker but not being able to shoot def is.

For example Kirk Hinrich was average athletically at best but he was actually good for a while(at first) bc he had height (6'3"), he could hit 3s and could actually get to the rim a little. Could get steals too

Bobby had nunnadat

It wasn't even that he didn't shoot threes, his jump shot was broke. Had one of those falling-forward shots that he kinda shot puts up with one hand. It was ugly inaccurate from NBA three range and impossible to get off at his height as a midrange jumper.
His shot annoyed me so much. It was kind of like Darren Collison where it looks like he’s taking a full court heave just to shoot a regular 3 pointer but at least Collison could make them.

Non-melanated Raymond Felton with a Duke degree would go around 15-20 imo and stick around 7-10 years as a “gritty” backup QB type player who “thinks the game” then have an assistant job waiting for him from half the league when he retired at 32.

And that’s not even taking into account who his father is on the assistant part.
He wasnt making the league
