I don't know how much is he calling the shots cause he's legally obligated to the rematch and while he is definitely a lot more known now than a week before Joshua is still the money guy.

Hearn and Joshua just said they would like the rematch in MSG again to "right that wrong" and I like that attitude. If they have long term goals with Joshua on the US market they can't let that Ruiz loss be his only US impression.

Of course only if he wins the rematch but if he loses then it's really whatever if he loses it in New York, Cardiff or London they are equally doomed.

This messicans reign on top gon be shorter than a leprechaun :camby:

Not rematching Joshua. That boy ain't shyt.

Ruiz already set for life. He KO's Joshua again then Wilder beats Ortiz again and he gets a $40 milly payday vs Wilder.

Worse case he loses against Wilder maybe a rematch or gets Fury and rides into the sunset.

Fury got a monster deal. Meanwhile Joshua will be a henchman on Luther in another year.

Hearn fukked that boy over with his hardball tactics and shyt talking..

Bob is a hoe at times but he got Fury, Shakur, Crawford, Loma Frampton and gets dudes outta the Olympics.

Bob for all his bytch ass tactics is a master of getting young new studs to keep his machine moving. He doesn't have all his eggs in 1 basket and knows the biz in and out. He's a limey fukk but he's no joke.

Hearn is a silver spoon piece of shyt and it showed with how he handled Joshua.

It's crazy how clueless most people are about everything but present it as fact, it's insane to observe. It's startling, it seems like trolling but I don't think some are.

Just for anybody who may genuinely not be aware, the rematch terms were agreed prior, AJ and his team decide the venue and the purse for Ruiz has already been agreed. He has no further say because he's already signed the contract agreeing it, he can back out but will face big legal ramifications, this is why contracts exist and it's iron clad so I doubt he will back out. There's no need for him to either because he will believe he can win the rematch, and if he does then he can do what he likes.

The rematch money for Ruiz isn't publically known, but it's estimated to be about 10 mil. He can ask for and make any demands he wants, it doesn't matter at all. Also he has no choice on location, he will be informed where the rematch will take place. Currently where we're at with it is, AJ has suggested it be in U.S again, even MSG again, he's happy to fight there, Eddie thinks it's best in U.K, AJ is willing to fight anywhere.

Personally I think it should be in U.K because they did 1 fight where Ruiz resides so it's fair to do 1 where AJ does. AJ can always come back to U.S later, plus if he beats Ruiz this time then they could always have a 3rd fight at a later time down the line too if it's competitive.

Anyone thinking that rematch contract terms are set in stone financially and location are insane.

This is boxing. It's loopholes, sanctioning body clauses or just plain being a dikk. Boxing is all about leverage and Ruiz has all of it. This ain't a hail mary KO. He knocked him on his ass 4 times and battered him.

He aint leaving without $20 milly+ and fight in the states.

You don't know what you're talking about and you will see what comes to pass. Ruiz was a voluntary challenger that they picked and gave the opportunity, at the time it was agreed he had literally no leverage, Ruiz was begging for the fight (rightfully so) along with many others.

There's no loopholes, the fight will either happen or Ruiz will get sued. The sanctioning bodies have also all confirmed all the belts will be on the line for the rematch.

Ruiz has no leverage, his pay is already agreed set in stone and he will be told where the rematch is.

I don't know what he will receive, but it will probably be 10 mil, that's what reports are saying and the fight will happen wherever he's told it will happen, it could happen in the states because AJ has suggested that, Ruiz has no say. The venue and location should be told to Ruiz within the next few weeks and then an announcement should be made, fight should happen November or December.

Personally I think you're an idiot if you believe AJ was doing Ruiz a favor by fighting over here in America

This was promoted as AJ's AMERICAN DEBUT which was botched from the start with Miller failing 3 DRUG TESTS and having to find a substitute in RUIZ

Along with DAZN trying once again to obtain more USA subscribers after its FAILED AMERICAN DEBUT in BOSTON last year

As far as the rematch clause like all Contractual obligations it is subject to NEGOTIATIONS

as you can see already how EDDIE HEARNS has already fell back..

Immediately following the fight at the Press Conference EDDIE without hesitation said...

The REMATCH will take place in either November or December in the UK

Now after "pressing that rematch Trigger"

It's pretty obvious TEAM HAYMON along with RUIZ bust back with their own trigger since they got the leverage now
:bustback:

Saying "Rematch in AMERICA or their WONT BE A REMATCH FOR A LONG TIME...b1tch"
:umad:

I never said AJ was specifically doing Ruiz a favor, but he did have advantages being in his place of residence. It's not subject to negotiations, there are no negotiations about something already agreed. Ruiz will be informed what is happening soon.
