China relies on being a manufacturing hub + exporter for the world. America is it's largest client, correct me if I'm wrong. If America Falls, China won't be far behind. Hell, the way things are going it'll collapse before America does purely due to lack of workers to replace their aging population.

And @Dafunkdoc_Unlimited to answer your question, China
That's just economically and doesn't describe anything else that would make China equal to/better than America or objectively able to take it's place. Just as examples: neither Social Security nor freedom of speech exist there.

I'm looking for a Nation that checks ALL the boxes America currently does.

America is really the last hope out there honestly.

China is the obvious choice. However, the language barrier is a hurdle. Learning Chinese isn't like learning English or Spanish.

A lot of people aren't capable of tonal languages because they don't have a good sense of pitch and would be cooked. Their ears would physically hold them back.

Mexico been coming up a lot with more and more Americans moving there, but it's largely a mountainous country and the cities along the coasts would be insanely crowded. Switzerland also would be great, but small country geographically (again with an enormous mountain range) and people moving in would basically kills it's simple lifestyle, plus it basically has zero chance to survive a war based on where it is on the map and it's non-existent military.

If America turns into Somalia, wouldn’t that mean the whole world is fukked up at that point, so really everybody would be starting over essentially ain’t no replacing “America” necessarily
That's the inherent risk of being a 'Global Superpower' in a world so interconnected. One falls, they ALL do. Ain't like it hasn't happened before, just not in our lifetimes.....

Language wasn't something I'd considered, but that's a valid idea. Considering how China treats it's own citizens, how likely would the rest of the world follow China's model of civilization like America's?
