I'm talking about Nigerian's born and raised in the West. Emulate their relative success, more black doctors and engineers. Pretending there isn't anything to learn from them is a fallacy. This isn't the time for emotion to get in the way of practicality, feasibility and ways to reach your goal.
Not Nigeria itself. I know that country is a cluster fukk.

I know Tanzania, Botswana and Ghana are good examples. But that's far off, I'm talking about the initial steps required to even reach that state. To even get to the start line for example.

Basically last place in every metric, Black Wealth reaching 0 by 2050, leading in abortions, out of wedlock births, worst health, obesity, etc. Partly due to oppression from the state and white people, yes. (I refuse to use the word white supremacy anymore, makes me want to throw up).

Are you seriously going to tell me shyt is sweet? That as things stand right now, it would be a success? A cultural shift is absolutely needed. You would need to wean people off the identity of being an American, you would have to instill an almost militant stance on most issues, it would be need a ton of work.
Shouldn't we look to actual Black countries for inspirations and not a diaspora? No one said shyt is freaking sweet. But you're using the same old tired immigrant arguments. Nigerians are small as hell in the West compared to ADOS who number around 45 million. For example comparing Nigerian-Americans who are 380,785 to a group that is 45 million(larger than Canada and Australia) is flat out ridiculous due to skewed scale and perspective. @IllmaticDelta and @Supper already debunked this.

And we don't need to "emulate" anything because in terms of raw numbers there are many upon many more successful ADOS communities and institutions than Nigerian-American ones. Correcting your ignorance is not being emotional.

Some of you guys desperately need to visit some Middle Class Black communities. Yes, they exist.

PS: "emulating" Nigerian-Americans isn't going correct Black wealth from reaching 0 by 2050. That's a federal issue which requires reparations due to engineered disenfranchisement of ADOS by local and federal govt.

no need to look at the tiny minority of Nigerians in the West when they can look at the same type within their own population

Let me try this again.

some people actually believe what these rappers say and think that's what black people are (stereotype)..that's why these pawgs be acting "cool" and "gangster" around you to make you believe they are "down"...etc etc
Once again show us middle class Blacks imitating dangerous hood culture.

fair trade?
We don't NEED them for trade if they screw with us. You know other countries exist outside the West right?

still a source of income..some tswanas have worked in the tourism all their lives..raised and sent children to school and never seen a diamond or diamond mine

The country grew at a rate of 9.1% between the year 2000 and 2001. The growth was mainly attributed to the strong performance of the mining sector which witnessed a growth of 19.6% following the expansion of Orapa diamond mine. The relationship shows just how vital the diamond mining industry is in the country. The nation is the largest exporter of diamonds. Diamond mining contributed up to a third of the nation's GDP. Debswana Company is responsible for all diamond mining in the country. The company is a joint undertaking between the De Beers and the government of Botswana. The diamond mining including mining of other minerals and processing employs an estimated 10,000 people. In 2013 the sector contributed 50% of all government revenue. The government expects that the skilled diamond cutting and polishing will survive when the diamond reserves eventually get depleted.
What Are The Biggest Industries In Botswana?

Meanwhile tourism accounted for 6.5% of the economy.......
:russ: colonialism 2.0..it's already happening and not so good breh

Anyway I'm not trying to argue with you brehs...jus trying to.enlighten and be enlightened.

Colonialism 2.0 what????? This is what African countries are ALREADY doing. Welcome to globalization. African countries no longer trust the West and so they work with eastern countries. Whats colonialism about that besides China's debt traps? You need to work/trade with other nations with strong economies to grow. Either way the world is not just the west. And no offense I don't need to be enlightened. Not only have I read up on these things but I been to some of these countries already.

nikka look at the native americans, they have casinos and are still doing fukkin terrible

you don't think they'd fukk us over even harder, building Africa up is the only solution

that's like a prison giving us money to only use in prison on things that they only want you to buy

its our territory, but its really not... they run pipes and shyt thru the indians land

It would take a massive cultural shift in order to be successful. ADOS will not like this but Nigerians and their focus on education and success is a good place to look towards. Every Nigerian I meet in the West is in school to be or is currently a Doctor or any type of Engineer, it's insane. I'm pretty sure they are among the most educated and successful immigrant group to America.

THIS IS A FARCE...

YOU CANT COMPARE WHAT IMMIGRANTS
HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO DO IN
SMALL NUMBERS TO THE OPPRESSION
AND GOAL POST SHIFTS BLACK AMERICANS
HAVE ENDURED THROUGHOUT HISTORY.

nikkaS WENT TO SCHOOL
GOT DEGREES AND STILL EARNED LESS
THAN WHITE HS DROP OUTS...

NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED TIL THIS DAY.

You can look towards both groups. In this scenario, ADOS itself is currently a diaspora in a country (USA) and is looking towards constructing their own country. It's valid. They are not mutually exclusive.
I'm emphasizing STEM not to correct Black Wealth, I agree that would take something much more massive then 'more blacks in STEM'. I say this, in order for black people to secure a position in the oligopoly that is technical knowledge. Especially if the purpose is to develop and process something to export to the rest of the world in lieu of natural resources, like Israel does. There are currently not enough black doctors and engineers for this to work well. For example, we all know that black people get treated worse in healthcare, the chances of better treatment are likely going to go up if they are treated by another black person. This won't work if in ADOS country you need to import foreign doctors and aid to take care of your people, to build your roads buildings and bridges, to run your powergrids (electric, hydro, gas, etc), etc. To have black teachers and professors teaching these things.

Raw numbers, yeah, that's true because there are more ADOS than Nigerian Americans.
Raw Numbers? Really? That's intellectually dishonest, you are smarter than that @Jesus is my protector . Proportionality is more important is this scenario. That's extremely bad faith.

In raw numbers more white people are shot by cops. Does this mean that is an issue effecting white people more than black people? No, because Black people receive a disproportionate amount of police brutality.

There needs to be a cultural shift otherwise you get South Africa, with white people (or whoever) still at the top despite being a minority.

There seems to be a disconnect. You are talking about the process of actually constructing and developing the territory, in which case, yes it is better to look towards Ghana, Tanzania and Botswana are slightly iffy because Pakistanis and Indians and such have and are starting to get massive power there. I'm talking about the steps needed to even get within an inch of that point.

I clarified above, the purpose is to hoard technical knowledge for various benefits. Not really build wealth.

If it happened and it failed (it would definitely fail) cacs would get the blame of course. This thread is a perfect example of why it would fail.

Are we ready?

Would we have a just an equal society?

What type of government would we impose?

Who would be the archetypical leader?

What would happen to our other historical institutions, like HBCUs in other parts of the country?
