The point isn't that you shouldn't bother applying because you don't want to work with Hispanics. The point is that the chances of you getting a job when a Hispanic is in charge of hiring is pretty slim.

Hispanics have been able to get away with openly discriminatory practices unlike white people. There's a big case going on in California over it right now, and it doesn't just effect Hispanic owned companies, even Amazon had to start cracking down on that shyt in California. Amazon sent corporate suits around to the warehouses in the I.E. to interview black employees about discrimination from Hispanic leadership, shyts been blatant.

Exactly. Like I said. U would have to not live around alotta Hispanic people to disagree with this. Shorty statement is more than true. Lol

Then get a feel for the company's culture during the interview and see if you want to work there.

If you don't like the job you only need to stay there a year or two.

Tweet was horrible advice, but they were fishing for clout.

I'm tired of seeing more people accepting of bad professional advice.
