Oh yeah

By a large margin too.

Beef ribs typically have more meat and to me goes with the various sauces a lot better than pork ribs.

I over the last few years began to prefer them more

Tried a new spot in north Houston today.

Last few times I was in DFW are I hit a spot I wanna say was named Ricky's, outside of the copious amounts of thickness running 'round Tx the only thing I'm jelly about is the beef BBQ, never left a spot disappointed

they will make sure u get right...they get u the small family pack for 40 bucks and throw in burnt ends...
