Man doing a brisket the way they be doing on the internet is crazy. Just brine it over night season it how you like and throw that bytch in the smoker all day at 225 and you are good. All that fukkin with it and wrapping it in butcher paper and shyt is unnecessary. Just maintain your temp. You'll have the bark and burnt ends too. But it's not as fussy as they make it seem.My pork ribs come out fire every time now. My process is on point!
Haven’t tried grilling beef ribs but my boy has the same process as you.
My goal is to perfect brisket. My pops brisket is fire. I’m going to try this fall. I follow a few guys on YouTube. I think I have the patience.
