actually i copped the beef ribs at first cos they were only 11 bucks versus 18 for the pork baby backs

however i just passed the halfway point of the cooking cycle, and these motherfukkers scrunched up on the bone! big ass bones just sitting on the tray now. like 1/3 of the bone is covered in meat. they aint bullshytting me with beef ribs again!

i do live in oklahoma so beef is a lot cheaper here fwiw
