Respect your vision but this team won’t be built in one draft.

It’ll take 2 or 3 and some free agents

I agree, this draft is good but Rome ain't being built in 2018. People don't want to think long term but the 2020 draft is the one you're wanting to hard tank, trade the farm for, try to get another top 10 pick. The young boy talent for that one is a game changer.

We all have our preferences, but I'll trust Schlenk to do what's best. You also have to think Pierce has a say on this pick as well.

Is Shaq son in that class?

You gonna hear a lot of rumors at this time of the year in a draft with this much action. Until workouts happen, it's just talk.
I've been thinking what about dennis to Orlando? They don't need anymore youth. Maybe we can finesse pick #6:mjgrin:

Dennis not on the market no more. A lot of teams took him off their board and that nikka might as well be Chandler Parsons level. Also, he looking like an overpaid 6th man and that's not worth much more than 6 mil per year. Bud gave out a shytty contract. The only reason why we aren't mad about it like we was the year before with Baze is because we know Baze ain't worth 18 mil no matter. 13 yes, unquestionable but 18, naw. Since 15 is the mark of an average starter and a 3/D is a mil more. Bazemore contract ain't too bad with the way he played last year. But Dennis rep is damaged man. A lot of execs don't like him. Scouts don't like him and worst of all, players around the NBA don't like him. Teammates don't like him either. nikkas in his hometown don't like him as well. That nikka everything @Kaedus and our nikka who say Dennis be tricking on hoes is right. That nikka is a fukk up. The only people who like him are the nikkas he feeding.

Bud should be hated a lot more on here than he is. He single handledly fukked up a lot of shyt for us.

Random question, but is anyone here a season ticket holder? I've been considering becoming one for a while and may pull the trigger on it next season or the one after. Is it worth the cost for the benefits? I'm guessing these new renovations will add to the value of it.

I like the benefits. Let me list some - no order...

1. Free Parking (this could vary depending on your seats)
2. Loaded Ticket - each ticket is loaded per game to be used at concession or in the hawks shop. I think this varies on your seats too.
3. Members Gift - prior years it was always a jacket. This past year you could pick between a hawks jacket, hawks yeti cup, or hawks backpack
4. Usually during the month of December they do other "smaller" member gifts
5. Meet the team event. This is my favorite. You get to take pictures with Hawks players. They usually rent out a place like GA Aquarium or World of Coke. Lines can be long to get the pictures. But still a cool event with food and drinks .... obviously shaking hands and taking pictures with the #Set
6. Ability to buy extra Hawks tickets before available to public
7. Ability to buy concerts and other events before available to public

As a FYI - you only get to go down to the "club" if you have tickets in like the first 4 rows. I don't have that coli certs money - so I can't go down there from my seats. I've heard it is dope. A dude in my section sometimes upgrades or buys down when bad teams come to town. Not sure what will happen with the renovations they are doing this summer.

One bad thing:

It is a time commitment. Going to 40+ games is hard. Esp with shytty ATL traffic. They have half seasons as well but I don't think you get all the perks. May want to ask the rep. Getting down there is just terrible. I usually try to get there a little early to avoid the traffic. Eat/Drink at CNN center before going in. Still terrible to get in and out of..

Since we suck - it is hard to sell tickets if you can't make it.

You do have the option to "return" them and use that money to upgrade/purchase tickets for other games (just not Cavs, GS, type teams tho) . I usually sell my Cavs, GS type tickets for significant profit to help pay for the tickets :lolbron:. I've seen Lebron enough. And GS a couple times. Don't want to see us get blown out:hhh:

My family has 4 seats with the pre-loaded concession option. Honestly I’d buy a half or 1/4 and not the whole season it’s impossible going to 40 games.

I only Marta so parking doesn’t matter to me. They do have a lot of season ticket holder events that are way cooler than what the falcons offer, meet and greets, private tours etc.

If you do plan to get tickets, hold off until they have a large tour event. The salesmen see other sales going on and they’ll cut their prices and effectively their commissions in order to sell that day. You’ll save 10-15%.

Hawks definitely offer some great perks but if you don’t really plan on attending all the games, it may cost u more bc some games u can’t sell your tickets for face value.
