yeah i have no problem admitting I more than likely got hired on my current job for this reason...but you still gotta step up to the plate and perform because they get rid of underperforming employees at the drop of a dime...also good ole boy networks and nepotism still dominate the hiring process anyway for most companies so oh well I get in where I fit in...How does it feel knowing you got hired to help fill the nikka quota for the year
Administration across the boards at all colleges need to be .The amount of lost paperwork, financial aid horror stories etc are ridiculous. But more importantly with HBCU's we need more professors and teachers.
Howard's economic department shouldn't be made up of only 38 percent black.
This is the trend across the board at HBCU's. Why don't more brothers and sisters go into academia?

Tallahassee is lovable unless it some type of school break...and until your friends all graduate and move away
Exactly. What happens at PWI's is you have a "country club" atmosphere of black folks who are in the greeks, BSA etc. The "cool" kids so to speak. If you ain't in that space ..You that weird negro with no black friends. This is why HBCU's are needed. That "weird" negro will be able to hang with other loner type blacks and feel comfortable and included in a predominantly black world. That self esteem manifests itself in other aspects of ones life.
fukk you and everyone who had the audacity to dap you.all-black colleges are woat
