Just like I tell my man that talks about starting his own shyt but complains about not having the finances or anything to do so. I like smoking squares, green, and getting fukked up just like anyone else but I'm not going to and I'm not paying $11 for pack of squares every other day, $20+ for a bag, $40 for a bottle, etc.... fukk all of that

Capitalism puts liquor stores, gas stations, weed and other drugs in the hood. Capitalism doesn't make nikkas choose to over indulge or even participate in these vices. Capitalism makes Jordan's, yeezys, or whatever other goofy fashion shyt sell for the price is does, it doesn't make anyone pay for it.

People like you who believe in that type of mentality are just as cancerous to the cause as anything else and are agents of white supremacy by enabling the shyt.

The idea that Blacks, who for example in a place like Louisiana where they cut education in black areas recently, can be born in a housing project, go to an underfunded school, and then be a victim of either an early pregnancy, racist and draconian drug laws, predatory and racist lending, a gun culture perpetuated by the society and its laws, can some how be responsible for their OWN problems, when they just got the right to vote in 1964 is absolutely ridiculous.

same issue are in the suburbs though....plenty of suburbs are all black and n!ggas don't care a whole about education as well from a public school perspective. kids in the suburbs still need to go to private schools to get a good education.

The ultimate goal is a nation of our own. But to get that we have to be politically and economically mature like Malcolm X said. The asians and indians are economically mature by spending their dollars in their communites and keep that dough circulated. With that more them own buisnesses and they pass that wealth down to their decendents. With wealth they learn finance tricks, real estate tricks etc. We are 44 million and if we did that at a massive scale we would be force to be reckoned with. With that we can influence politicians with money and votes to do our bidding.

An era of blacks that are aware, aren't self-hating and WANT to love an uplift each other is absolutely necessary.

An era of blacks that stop blaming white supremacy, and an era of blacks that are aware of it. Who understand that it can be defeated and it can be broken.

An era of blacks who look at themselves as individuals.

An era of blacks who don't kill people who look like them and an era of blacks that BUY INTO capatalism.

White supremacy isn't going anywhere. But getting more blacks aware of its presence and getting them to buy into the idea of success is vital.

We do need a culture change. We do need to stop praying to a white Jesus.

A "new black" uprising is something that we need. Keeping all of the things that make our culture unique and what it is. But adding excellence, awareness, self love, to a culture that is severely missing these things is important.

Black Excellence doesn't need to be a rarity. It doesn't even need to be saluted to. We need that to become our new normal.

We do need a change. It's clear.

Thankfully grew up in this environment, when in a black country in Caribbean and Rastafari...
