let it rip*

The story begins with a poor peasant, Khun-Anup, traveling to market with his donkeys heavily laden with goods to exchange for supplies for his family. While Khun-Anup was en route, Nemtynakht, a vassal of the high steward Rensi, notices the peasant approaching his lands and devises a scheme to steal Khun-Anup's donkeys and supplies. Nemtynakht tricks the peasant by placing a cloth on the narrow public path, where one side was bordered by the river and the other side were the private fields of Nemtynakht. His placing of the cloth on the path forces the peasant to either trample the cloth, step into the water, or take his donkeys over Nemtynakht's fields in order to continue his journey. As Khun-Anup is appealing to Nemtynakht's sense of reason in blocking his path with the cloth, one of Khun-Anup's donkeys eats a bite of barley, and Nemtynakht uses this as a justification to take Khun-Anup's donkeys and goods. When Khun-Anup complains this punishment is unfair, Nemtynakht beats him. Khun-Anup cries out for justice, and Nemtynakht threatens the peasant with death if he dares to complain.[7] Khun-Anup does not accept this injustice and continues to appeal to Nemtynakht for ten days.

Failing to receive justice from Nemtynakht, Khun-Anup seeks out the high steward, the noble Rensi son of Meru, and presents his case.[8] Rensi brings the peasant's case to the magistrates, who dismiss the case as merely being a matter of a peasant at odds with a landowner, but Rensi does not relay this information to the peasant.[8][9] Rensi brings the story of the wronged peasant before the pharaoh, Nebkaure (who is believed to be Nebkaure Khety[10][11]), telling him how elegantly the peasant speaks. Intrigued by the report of a peasant who speaks so elegantly, the pharaoh instructs Rensi to not respond to the peasant's pleas, so that the peasant would continue to make his elegant speeches and they could be written down for the pharaoh. The pharaoh orders Rensi to feed the peasant and his family while the peasant continues to plead his case, further instructing Rensi not to let the peasant know he was providing the food.[9]

For nine days Khun-Anup complimented the high steward Rensi and begged for justice. After nine days of speeches, Khun-Anup threatened suicide.[12] After sensing that he was being ignored, Khun-Anup insulted Rensi and was punished with a beating. After one last speech, the discouraged peasant left, but Rensi sent for him and ordered him to return. But rather than being punished for his insolence, the peasant was given justice. Rensi, after reading Khun-Anup's last speech, was impressed and ordered the donkeys and the goods to be returned to Khun-Anup and the peasant to be compensated with all the property of Nemtynakht, making Nemtynakht as poor as Khun-Anup had been.

Read the full Bible chapter Ecclesiastes it is talking about the same thing the op is talking bout but the last verses of chapter 12 says this

The greatest futility!”* says the congregator.+ “Everything is futile.”+9 Not only had the congregator become wise but he continually taught the people what he knew,+ and he pondered and made a thorough search in order to compile* many proverbs.+ 10 The congregator sought to find delightful words+ and to record accurate words of truth.11 The words of the wise are like oxgoads,+ and their collected sayings are like firmly embedded nails; they have been given from one shepherd. 12 As for anything besides these, my son, be warned: To the making of many books there is no end, and much devotion to them is wearisome to the flesh.+13 The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God+ and keep his commandments,+ for this is the whole obligation of man.+ 14 For the true God will judge every deed, including every hidden thing, as to whether it is good or bad.+

Humanity is just about useless without the creator ...you will live and die just like a beast of burden with no eternal future

Exactly thats why I say there is one thing that is everything which itself is no thing. Better in tune with unfinite.

In all seriousness, yeah this is an existential crisis, we all have them and believe me, they take hella time to process, you're not alone

We can't prevent death, why bother dwelling on it?

Generations move on and forget, people remember Caesar, but do they know about his best friend's cousin's mother? I know I don't :yeshrug:

Do what you got to do, and do what you enjoy in between all that, it'll get better

Damn that vid was real as fukk :wow:
I got some p*ssy enroute tonight…and I’m floating off a 20mg. :what: Life is good hombre…until it ain’t. Bury your p*ssy bird ass head in the sand though.
20 mg of what?

Again, taking shyt too literal.

Ever seen that movie?

The unicorn, a magical creature ends up getting turned into a human and one of the first things she can think to say is "what have you done to me". Soon as she began to inhabit the human body she could feel DEATH all around.

To come from spirit into these very dense, limiting physical structures can be extremely frustrating and torturous even. This is the one of the reasons why we mourn the dead...not just because we want them to come back, but on some level we know they are free.

I think on some level that’s also why babies cry when they’re born
Look around you. Its so obvious for anyone who looks under the surface but because there is a shiny layer of gloss that makes it seem like heaven along with a socially sanctioned narrative that frowns on questioning the nature of existence that is replete with suffering as people happily get on with being miserable whilst using whatever they can get to take the edge off the fact they're here serving a life sentence.

Its blatantly obvious where we are. Its not even attempted to be hidden. The thing is people are head over heels with illusion and the confusion that comes from being invested in delusion whilst not turning their attention within to find the truth and solutions.
No way that in the end wasn’t intended to rhyme :wow:

Those bars :wow:

I really like your posts.

This is where I was trying to go. When you get down to it, we are animals existing like every other being on this planet. We aren’t special… If you observe nature, our experience is no different than the other animals. If you take religion and spirituality out of it, you look at this experience for what it is. It’s a lot easier to get through this existence when you don’t look at the world through the lens of religion. No trying to reason WHY bad stuff happens, just understanding that it DOES. Then you can recognize patterns in people, behavior, understand when and why people operate in their own best interest (because if you’re honest you do the same at points in life), etc.

I think the spiritual world is real, but we’re living in a PHYSICAL world. Sometimes we are so focused on what may be on the other side that we don’t realize that we need to put in the work to make THIS experience as great as possible.

I’ve never witnessed anything/anyone that lives forever, so I don’t think about why I won’t either. It’s understood that we won’t be here forever, so I’m trying to make my time as comfortable as possible by being alert and knowing that humans are animals and may do me wrong because they simply want to, being useful and studying/practicing things that will allow me to afford a good life in society, and being able to leave something behind for those in my bloodline who come after me.

We are grains of sand, here for mere moments.

We are special, yet very insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Over the true course of time, we are tiiiiiiiiiiny puzzle pieces that alone, are meaningless, but when pieced together, complete this existence.

Create your own reason for living while you’re young and able so you have memories to look back on when you’re old/sick and unable to run around this planet.

I think that’s part of the reason they say youth is wasted on the young. We are filled with questions and lack of understanding when young, but when you talk to the elderly they tell you not to waste time with those questions because as they age, they realize it’s not about the endless questions; it’s about the answers that are created through living.

This is a planet filled with animals. Avoid the obvious pitfalls and other animals looking to hurt you, and maximize the good as much as possible before you check out. If there is in fact a heaven/afterlife, at least you will have avoided causing more pain.
You and @Complexion are posting some real shyt all in this thread :wow:

Don't get me wrong folks, I'm not some doom and gloomer raging at the sky with a clenched fist. I'm actually quite a happy person but I do ponder the big questions and when you look further and further into this with a broader and broader vision you keep coming up against the same things that all point toward one conclusion:

Something we don't know is doing that which we cannot comprehend in ways that do not seem to be in our best interests.

Now the implications of this are quite amazing because that then sets off another sequence of introspection as you link the patterns all around you to unveil the coherent narrative. Its why I call it the Game of Souls because that is exactly what it is and it will meet you on your level with a stage tailored to your abilities and skills in the moment.

Time and again I've seen people "level up" in terms of the voltage/current their Earthday Suit can generate and suddenly the Game flips the script and a wider bandwidth presents a new challenge. Stranger still is when you peek into the "programming language" shall we say of the script people are living and can predict various things before they happen. The implications about the nature of reality are mindblowing for those who delve beneath the surface and hear the silence.

Thats is exactly what I'm preaching as I tap the keys or out here in real reality because so many people sleepwalk through it and miss this. Also you can't help but notice that the one human constant across all races, faiths, creeds, sexes and any other variable you can think of is suffering. The wise recognize its presence. The fools deny it and will go out of their way to lie to themselves about the truth of their predicament.

The nature of hiphop itself, that which bought us all to congregate here and kick it, is anti-establishment, independent, fiercely creative and entrenched in overcoming obstacles to generate novel solutions that create the trail by taking the steps required against all odds to honestly express yourself and thus bring a voice to the voiceless.

Its deeper than rap for those who unwrap the gift of the present moment, feel me?

But I think that’s what many of us have touched on here! A big part of life is suffering. What did I say earlier? Bad things happen because bad things happen. There’s no hoping or praying it away. So the faster ppl understand that is a part of life, the sooner they learn to look at the world through a critical, analytical lens and make moves to mitigate bad circumstances.

You have to look at this experience as the “Game of Life”! I figured you look at this as a video game that you cannot afford to lose. Getting an education/trade/career allows you to level up. Having proper social skills and creating unions/connections/families allows you to form alliances (which I mentioned earlier), which makes it easier to weather the problems that WILL arise (suffering).
Etc

Just some positivity from a young man who is touching on some of the things we are talking about. Many ways to tackle this thing called life, and many folks who have figured out different paths/keys to the puzzle:

Center self, inner self
This shyt just doesn't make any sense.

So, we live to build up relationships, wealth, health but we slowly lose it all.

Each and every one of our friends, family, significant others, EVERYONE will die. You will witness this one by one until you yourself die.

All that you worked for, the house you bought, cars, all of that, will be nothing to you as you die.

Your body will slowly betray you, you become unrecognizable externally to what you used to look like, with your mind slowly diminishing as well where simple tasks such as entering and exiting a vehicle is a time consuming and difficult task, one misstep and tumble can cause you grave injury or maybe even death. Your mind will slowly fade, you will lose who you are. That's if some other crazy disease that may randomly hit you doesn't cripple you or take you out earlier.

Just what in the fukk is this? The slow push into the abyss. People say it's a blessing to be alive, be grateful for another day but for what??

It's just one of those nights, sitting alone in my thoughts just contemplating all this shyt. This shyt is fukking hell. A slow tortured hell.

Seeing your parents getting old. Not as snappy ad they once were. Losing friends. Family members. Your own creeping aches and pains, disinterests, slowly building ability of not being able to give a fukk about a single thing about this pointless, fukking, existence.

This shyt is just crazy to me. We have got to be in hell. Why the fukk are we here man.
The true meaning of life has been both perverted and lost to the masses, and that's why you're having this existential crisis. If you were taught to value and live life differently, if you were closer to the truth and had the correct perspective, you wouldn't feel so much angst and fear. I am not blaming you, I'm blaming society and the way we were all taught to live--what to value, desire and work toward. If you were taught from the beginning that everything is impermanent and to value the smallest seemingly insignificant things in life that truly hold meaning, you would feel more at ease at the inevitably of everything coming to an end.

If your life seems meaningless, blame yourself for adopting a cac mindset. Your ancestors saw meaning and beauty in life and death, and they were definitely not delusional. In fact, humans have understood these meanings (including cacs) throughout our history and independently of one another. The fact that you are disturbed by the brutal fact of existence in a meaningless world, indicates your (albeit dormant/rusty/malnourished) capacity for perceiving meaning. No other animal is disturbed by the nature of the world. "Meaning" serves no evolutionary purpose (all other species seem to be doing fine without having to worry about it lol). Reflect on why you have this capacity.

For all the differences and contradictions between religions, there are certain constants that are shared between the vast majority of them: the cyclical nature of reality, the fact that this world is only a reflection of a deeper reality that is even more Real, that human life has meaning, death is not final etc..

The problem is, some of y'all confuse technical/materialistic prowess of modern ppl with true wisdom and insight.

Here is how I came to inner peace when I thought about our existence. On the sun despite being billions years old will eventually run as out of fusion material become a red giant and maybe go nova. If even the sun could disappear what am I?
