The color and taste. There are chains of carry-outs in the area and they usually all have the same “recipe”. Some resturaunts have good sauce (The Hamilton).

The people who do GoGo are actual musicians who incorporate a bit of caribbean flare with it. You can rock to it for weeks at a time. Even some songs you thought were ok sound better as a GoGo song.

Since im a outta towner, i might go eat some bullshyt and think its delicious.
Its kinda like here down south. Boudin (idk if yall know what that is) is bullshyt if it aint from louisiana. That mass produced shyt is not even on the same level. It gotta be straight from louisiana
