pt.2

I've seen threads about shyt like this in the past and 2 things come up to me.

1. She likes me :picard: or she is an extrovert :francis:
2. second thing she may view all black people as entertainment or maybe she feels threatened at a black person who doesn't smile

:mjlol: Is this your first job or something ?

Cause it’s not that serious. Outside of working I literally don’t even think about my coworkers except the ones smashed or I’m going to smash.

You have little to no interaction with this lady yet she’s somewhat occupying your thoughts.

You got a crush her just admit it.

:what:. If the genders were reversed and it was some old cac telling the young chicks to smile, see how fast they would have reprimanded him or just flat out gave him the :camby:.

This is why men can't get nowhere. All you nikkas do is post on The Coli bytching about cacs and feminism and female nature and the gay agenda, but when the shyt's staring you in the face you just want to fall back like:hubie: and say it's 'not that deep.' Then you want to discourage and shame other men out of standing up for themselves too. :hhh:

Then you nikkas got the audacity to go in the Gems on Dealing with Women thread wondering why these bytches dikk you around. You know why? Because you a hoe. And that's all these hoes is good for.:camby:
this ain't a call to arms moment it's not even serious.

you brehs sound mad awkward and insecure.

OP..

If it is bothering you, then the next time she tells you to smile and talk more, simply tell her that you do smile when necessary as well as talk when necessary. Tell her that you prefer to keep things professional and thank her for her concern while walking away.

If she continues to approach you about your mannerisms, then go to your boss and let him or her know that this person is making you feel uncomfortable, but be sure to document things and get witnesses just in case she decides to flip the script and accuse you of creating an hostile work environment.

Personally, I would avoid her and go on about my business.

A man standing up for himself is 'insecure.' :mjlol:

You sound like a cuckold. :scust:
a man standing up for himself wouldn't turn this minor thing into some major ordeal. it's like a regular but unwelcome work interaction, if you have co-workers you will have plenty of these :pachaha:. but to a forum full of incels such as yourself this is some rallying point against women. :laff:

you think I haven't heard these types of comments before. I give them a quick chirp back and tell them in the most professional way I'm here to do my job and nothing else. the end
