I get 42. Order of operations says multiplication and division must be done before addition and subtraction. the horse is 10, the horseshoe is 4, and the boot is 2. 10 x 4 is 40. Add 2, that's 42.

This is true, although in my experience it also tells you how much an employer values the dignity of it's employee's.
Type of businesses that are this unconventional are the usually type that will have you doing mandatory coworker relations classes like forcing you to yoga together and have mandatory holiday dress codes like ugly sweater day, then reprimand you for not being an enthusiastic enough participant in all the random activities and deny your promotion. if you the type that already has friends and just wants to show up to work and go home, instead of spending your after hours planning your secret santa gift to someone you really don't care that much about, this would be a big red flag.
